Learn the basic steps of capoeira with Theo Mizú to learn the rhythm with your body.

Then we will explore capoeira rhythms with percussion instruments , voices and bodies.

Finally we will work on a nice arrangement with percussion instruments, voices and bodies.

There will be the opportunity to take part in the Theo Mizú y Banda performance in the evening.
